PAINT BRUSH

With so many brush sizes and types available, it can surely be confusing to know which brush to buy! The key is to match the brush to the project or surface. A professional painter will typically need two or more brushes for every project- a large size brush for coverage and a smaller one for detailed areas or furniture pieces.

PAINT ROLLER

When deciding which puff to purchase, most important is the level of smoothness of the surface. For surfaces that are already fairly smooth a painter must use a short to medium pile puff to give an even finish; such as a ‘smooth’ or ‘semi-smooth’ roller. For rougher or uneven surfaces, a painter must use a higher pile puff, such as ‘extra-rough’ roller, so that the long fibers of the fabric can reach into the crevices of the surface.
