We understand that each leap doesn't guarantee success, but by taking these calculated risks, we separate courage from foolishness. Failing in such ventures is a badge of honor that we wear with pride. We know these mistakes will eventually get us to the next breakthrough.
We are quick to differentiate which problems need extensive planning and which can be acted upon right away with minimal study. We are swift in assessing the risks, moving forward with action, and adapting along the way.
There is an easy way of doing things, or there’s a smart way. We find waste of all sorts loathsome and are actively looking for ways to cut them out and be efficient with our resources. We don’t believe the answer to problems is to increase headcount of fixed overheads – instead we are always finding ways to do more with less.
We believe in being honest, respectful and straightforward. We challenge each others’ ideas and consider it our duty to give constructive feedback, expecting the same in return. We intendedly try to blur the lines of seniority and seek out feedback from all levels of the company. We are openly self-critical and leave our ego at the door.

We measure ourselves against the highest benchmarks and we are our own biggest critics. We are happy being in a perpetual state of dissatisfaction and are relentless to get things right in order to reach our high standards.
